The races start and finish downtown, in front of the fire station, on a route along the city streets of Kingsburg. The event coincides with the town's Swedish Festival, which features a cultural village, food, craft booths, and other entertainment throughout the weekend.
Registration includes a race shirt for participants who register by May 3rd, though availability is not guaranteed after that date. All finishers receive a medal. Awards are given for overall male and female winners, as well as age group winners in both the 10K and 2 Mile events. Discounted pricing is available for participants aged 17 and under.
