King's Runner 10k : Honolulu, Hawaii
King's Runner 10k is a mass-participation road race held in Honolulu on March 7, 2027. The event starts and finishes at Thomas Square by the Blaisdell Center and is presented by the organizers of the Hapalua and the Honolulu Marathon.
The course is a flat, fast, certified town route covering 10 km. There is no time limit and the course accommodates runners, walkers and strollers. The event has been a sold-out race in recent years, and the 10 km state records have been set at King's Runner.
Packet pick-up is held at SALT at Our Kaka'ako in the days before the race. Parking is available at the Blaisdell Center for a fee; prepayment can be made at packet pick-up and credit cards are accepted. Race entry includes a race shirt, a commemorative finisher medal, on-course and post-race refreshments, and post-race entertainment. A festival area is located in Thomas Square with music and food trucks.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers and to the top three finishers in each age group. A bag check system is provided; runners collect a clear plastic bag with their race number at packet pick-up before using bag check on race day.
