Santa Hat 5K and 1M Family Fun Run/Walk : Honolulu
The event is a family-oriented run and walk held at Ala Moana Beach Park in Honolulu, HI. It includes two distance options:
- 5K family run or walk
- 1 Mile keiki run
The 5K offers a stroller division and family pricing with a separate registration path for the primary family member and additional family members. The 1 Mile keiki race is timed for children and uses age groups Under 5, 5-9, and 10-14. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers for the 5K and to top finishers by age group; the 1 Mile will award the top three overall boys and girls and age-group finishers. All finishers receive a Santa Hat keepsake.
Packet pick up is available the day before at Running Room, 819 Kapahulu, and on race day at the registration tent at the course. A festive Santa Hat shirt is available for purchase during registration. The event functions as a fundraiser for the Salvation Army and accepts donations during registration. In-person results are posted on Timeline Hawaii and participants may post Santa Hat photos to the event page. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
