Kings Park 15K Run
The Kings Park 15K Run is scheduled for March 20, 2027 in Veterans Memorial Park, 5789 Middle Country Rd, Wading River, NY 11792. The event uses a 15-kilometre course and enforces a 2 hour 45 minute time limit for completion.
Registration is not yet open; notifications are available to alert interested participants when registration opens. Race day procedures include bib pickup options: a pre-race pickup at Runner's Edge, 242 Main St, Farmingdale, NY 11735 from 12 PM to 5 PM, and day-of pickup with event staff beginning at 8 AM. Runners must know their bib number to pick up a bib; a self-lookup area is provided. Participants who register at least three weeks in advance receive a personalized bib. If registration occurs within 24 hours of bib pickup, the bib number will be texted to the registrant within 90 seconds.
On finish the event provides a sweatshirt and a finisher medal for participants, post-race music from a DJ, live results delivered online, by text and by email, and free finish-line photos. Awards are given across multiple categories, including top three overall men and women, masters and senior masters, top three age-graded men and women, and top three in a wide set of age groups from 14 & under through 90 plus.
