BOFRA - Kings Challenge

The King's Challenge is a running event organized by Wharfedale Harriers, featuring a 6-mile course with an elevation gain of 1,175 feet. The race starts from the park near the Kings Arms in Silsden and includes a scenic route through Swartha and Silsden Nab End, culminating at the trig point at Long Ridge End. Participants must complete the course within a specified time limit, with a cutoff at the top of the Nab.
