King George Fall Festival 5K, 1 Mile, and Tot Trot
The 2026 King George Fall Festival race is an untimed out-and-back trail event held on the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail at the Bloomsbury Road trailhead in King George, VA on October 4, 2026.
Distances offered:
- 400 m Tot Trot
- 5K Fun Run
- 1 Mile Fun Run
Aid stations with hydration and first aid are located at the start/finish and at Lambs Creek for the 5K course. A LED clock will be placed at the finish line for participants who want to see finish times. Jogging strollers are allowed and there is no charge for children being pushed. A photo area with straw and pumpkins will be set up for pictures.
All finishers receive a drawstring pack with goodies and a finisher's medal. Coolers will provide water, Gatorade, apple cider, and additional beverages. Raffle prizes include food truck coupons; runners attending the Fall Festival are automatically entered in a raffle, and three $10 coupons will be raffled before the race. Top three male and female finishers in the 5K and 1 Mile receive medals and $10 food truck coupons.
