Kicking PancreAS™ 5K in Fredericton takes place at Government House on Woodstock Road. The event is a 5 km run and walk that raises funds for pancreatic cancer public awareness, patient support, healthcare education, and Canadian research.
In 2025 the Fredericton event attracted 139 participants and raised just over CA$8,000. The stated goals for 2026 are 170 participants and CA$10,000 in fundraising. Funds raised stay in Canada to support the event's four pillars: public awareness, healthcare education, patient support, and research.
Participants receive an event bib, a finisher medal, and event swag. Race kit pickup is scheduled the day before at the Running Room at 449 King Street and kits are also available on race day before the event. Spots are limited and there is no onsite registration. The course will be open for 90 minutes.
