NB Lung Run
The NB Lung Run is a fundraising event organized by NB Lung, an independent lung health charity operating since 1993. The event is held at Killarney Lake in Fredericton and includes options to run, walk, or wheel around the lake.
The event offers two course distances.

Registration fees are listed as inclusive amounts: $34.70 for the 2 km walk or run and $50.91 for the 5 km walk or run. Teens aged 13 to 18 receive a 50% discount. Children aged 12 and under may participate free of charge. Participants can register as individuals or as teams, and there is a fundraising leaderboard to track contributions.
Organizers are seeking sponsors for the 2026 edition. The inaugural Lung Run raised over $10,000 to support NB Lung programs. NB Lung provides provincewide programs such as air quality monitoring, lung transplant support, sleep apnea assistance, and other respiratory health services for New Brunswick residents.
