The Connolly's Kick in for Kids 5K Road Race & Health Walk is a charity event to benefit the James L. McKeown Boys & Girls Club of Woburn. Event Details
The 5K Run is a professionally timed road race using chip timing. After the events, there is a post-event party with a DJ, a live band, food, cold refreshments, raffles, and awards. One hundred percent of the race proceeds support health and wellness programs for children and teenagers in Woburn and nearby communities.
The event is based at the James L. McKeown Boys & Girls Club at 1 Charles Gardner Lane. Separate course maps are available for the 5K road race and the health walk. Bib pick-up is available at the club on Saturday, May 2 (from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) and on race day, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Participants are directed to park at TOCCI, the old Wyman Elementary School, or the Hurld Wyman Elementary School.
