Keswick Mountain Festival (21 to 23 May 2027)
Keswick Mountain Festival is a multi-sport outdoor festival that presents swim, bike, run, hike, triathlon and adventure race events across a festival weekend. The festival program and sports entries will be available from October 2026. Event media from 2026, including results and photo galleries, are recorded for reference.
The festival provides substantial water safety cover on the loch; water temperature is checked on race morning and information is given at the race briefing. A qualified first-aid and medical team is onsite, and athletes are advised to withdraw or seek medical help if they are unwell. Volunteer and marshal roles are recruited for the event; volunteers receive mementos and food and drink.
Sustainability measures include no single-use cups at feed stations, so athletes are expected to use a personal hydration system or a collapsible cup. Entrants have the option to decline a race T-shirt, with the equivalent cost donated to the festival’s chosen charity.
