Keighley 10k & 5k 2027
The event takes place on Sunday 7 March 2027 in Victoria Park, Keighley, West Yorkshire. Organised by Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice, it offers two measured distances on a circular, multi terrain course with an undulating profile and one lap.
The routes run through Keighley, Utley and Riddlesden and include a section of the Leeds Liverpool canal towpath and a fleeting view of East Riddlesden Hall. The 10 km route also passes Keighley Golf Club. The courses follow paths, pavements and towpaths used in prior years.
Finishers who request one receive a bespoke wooden medal lasered onto a slice of trunk from Christmas trees recycled by Sue Ryder in January. The event falls on Mothers Day and many participants run or walk with, for, or in memory of their mum.
Race headquarters is at Keighley Leisure Centre, Victoria Park, Hard Ings Road, Keighley. Facilities listed for the event include water stations, distance markers, toilets and baggage storage. There are no changing facilities or showers. The race is not suitable for wheelchairs. Entry fees are shown as between £13.00 and £18.00. The event has an entry limit of 1200 places.
