The Keighley 10k & 5k are organised by Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice and take place in Victoria Park, Keighley. The event is held on Mothers' Day and many participants run or walk with, for, or in memory of their mum.

Both routes follow a circular course through paths, pavements and towpaths in Keighley, Utley and Riddlesden. The course includes a section of the Leeds Liverpool canal towpath and a fleeting view of East Riddlesden Hall. The 10k route also passes Keighley Golf Club. The course is described as multi terrain and undulating, comprises a single lap, and is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Entries are limited to 1,200 places; 1,183 places were listed as available. Entry prices are shown from £13.00 to £18.00, with early bird categories and an additional charge for on-the-day entry if places remain. All finishers who request one receive a bespoke wooden medal lasered from a slice of trunk from recycled Christmas trees.
