Katy's Courage 5K Run/Walk
The Katy's Courage 5K Run/Walk is an athletic event held in Sag Harbor, New York. The course begins on Water Street and concludes near a harbor. The route is characterized by a flat profile with a few gentle hills. This event takes place rain or shine, starting and finishing at the Katy's Courage Course located at 11 West Water Street.
Participants can choose to complete the distance as a runner or a walker. Participants who register at least three weeks before the race date receive a personalized bib containing their name. The event includes several amenities such as a DJ, music, and various refreshments including hot chocolate, donuts, bagels, and other beverages.

Awards are presented to the top male and female finishers overall. Additionally, medals are provided to the top three male and female finishers in age groups ranging from 14 and under to 90 and older. Results are provided live online and through electronic notifications, and participants have access to finish line photographs and video.
