Event

The Kailua 10-Miler & 5K takes place on Sunday, February 22, 2026, in Kailua, HI, with start and finish at Kailua District Park, 21 S. Kainalu Drive. Distances offered include:

Registration opens January 1, 2026. Entry fees listed are $50 for the 10-Miler (including a stroller division) and $35 for the 5K (including a stroller division). Onsite registration at Saturday packet pick-up and on Sunday, February 22, is cash only.

Course and logistics

The course starts in front of Kailua Intermediate School. The 10-miler course includes three aid stations. Timing is managed with a chip attached to the bib; bibs must be visible from the front to record a time.

Parking is limited at Kailua Middle School, with additional parking at Kailua Library and on side streets. There is parking behind Longs with a walk across an open field. Two metered public lots are available: one off Maluniu at the Kailua Business Center and a parking structure off Aulike behind McDonalds.

Restrooms are available at Kailua District Park and on the 10-mile course at Enchanted Lake Community Park. Water and refreshments will be provided after the race. Results will be posted online in near real time.

Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers and the top three in each five-year age group. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
