K-Town Tri : CFB Kingston

K-Town Tri takes place on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at CFB Kingston Constantine Arena (7 Navy Way, Kingston). The event is held on a military base and has run since 1984. The course features a calm swim with water temperatures around 22–24°C, a rolling bike route that rides toward Gananoque, and a run that passes the Barriefield Rock Garden through quiet roads of CFB Kingston. Volunteers from Childhood Cancer Canada will be on site.

Sprint Triathlon - 750 m swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
Olympic Triathlon - 1500 m swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
Enduro Triathlon - Sprint then Olympic combined (total 77.25 km of racing)
Sprint Duathlon - 5 km run, 20 km bike, 2.5 km run
10K Run - 10 km
5K Run - 5 km Relay options are available for Sprint and Olympic distances, including 2- and 3-person teams. Registration includes a virtual bike fit, a swim cap, a personalized bib, professional timing, on-course nutrition, race photography, podium prizes for top three male, female and non-binary finishers, and post-race snacks. A food truck will be on site. Shirt and medal add-on deadlines are listed; online registration closes July 14 or when the race sells out. Bib pickup is scheduled at 1 Navy Way in Kingston on dates before the event.
