Just For The Health Of It 5K
The third annual Just For The Health Of It 5K is a non competitive color run and walk held at Memorial Park, 1061 E 5th Street, Calvert City, KY 42029. The event is open to runners and walkers of all ages and follows a route through the park system.
This event offers two registration categories with the same course distance: 3.1 miles. Registration opens February 3, 2026, and closes June 20, 2026. Adult registration is listed at $35 and student registration (K-12) at $20.
All proceeds will benefit the Marshall County Health Coalition and the workgroups that operate under it. Participants who register by June 1 will receive a t-shirt and a swag bag, and all finishers will receive a finisher medal.
Packet pickup is available on race morning; check-in is completed via a digital process. The event is organized as non competitive and family oriented, with color stations placed along the course to apply colored powder during the run or walk.
