LBL Bridge to Bridge Trail Run

The LBL Bridge to Bridge Trail Run is a distance event set in Hardin, Kentucky. The course covers a total distance of 22 km and takes participants through the Land Between the Lakes Recreation area.

The route begins on the Canton side of the Lake Barkley Bridge and crosses into the recreation area. Participants follow a paved path along Highway 80 before transitioning onto the Central Hardwoods Scenic Trail. Runners remain on this scenic trail for its entire length until reaching Fenton. The final segment of the course connects with the Kentucky Lake Bridge, where the route crosses and concludes just west of Kentucky Lake along Highway 80.

The event offers several participation formats for the 22 km distance:

  • Individual 22K: A solo trail run covering the full course.
  • 2 Person Relay: A team format featuring two legs of approximately 11.6 km and 10.3 km.
  • 3 Person Relay: A team format with three legs of approximately 5.9 km, 5.7 km, and 10.3 km.
