Judge Freeman Marr Panther Pride 5K
The Judge Freeman Marr Panther Pride 5K is the 10th annual running event held in Bartlett, Tennessee on October 3, 2026. The event is centered at 2629 Bartlett Blvd and is presented as a community and family friendly race offering a 5K distance.
The race honors the legacy of Judge Marr, a longtime Bartlett community member who served as a Bartlett judge for more than 40 years and who also coached Rhodes track and field. Proceeds from the event support the Bartlett High Girls Wrestling Team, which placed third at state and set a regional milestone last season.
Strollers are permitted with the request that they start toward the back of the field. Pets, bicycles, skateboards, and roller blades are not allowed. Race day registration and packet pick-up occur at the Keith McDonald pavilion. Chip timing will be provided by Agee Race Timing.
Registration opens on June 21, 2026 and closes on October 4, 2026; the registration fee is $35. Registrations after September 13, 2026 will not receive a shirt. There are no refunds. All participants must sign a release form or liability waiver at check-in or through online registration. The Race Director may cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions.
