Jubilee Joy Fest & 5K Walk/Run
The Jubilee Joy Fest & 5K Walk/Run is a community running event that benefits the Jubilee Academic Foundation. The festival highlights student programs and community leaders with performances by student clubs and organizations such as band, cheerleading, and choir. Proceeds support student scholarships, external learning opportunities, and life-enriching experiences.
The event includes several distance options:
- 5K Walk/Run
- Virtual 5K
- 1 Mile (not chip timed)
- 0.50 mile kids race held immediately before the 5K
Awards are given for overall male and female winners, 1st through 3rd in each age group (11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+), and for the top three teams. Finisher medals are given to the first 100 finishers. The kids 4–10 category may run the 0.50 mile and also participate in the 5K; children ages 0–3 may attend free with a paid adult. The 1 Mile and children’s categories are not chip timed.
Event shirts are ordered on October 7, 2026; registrants must register by October 6 to guarantee sizing. Refunds are not offered for personal decisions; transfer or resale of registration is available per event procedures.
