Jubilee Hall Trust - Run For Your Life 2026
The Jubilee Hall Trust hosts its 11th annual Run for Your Life event at Hampstead Heath in London. This trail event offers participants the opportunity to run, jog, or walk through woodland paths and scenic hills. The local charity organizes this gathering to support community health programs that promote physical activity.
Participants can choose from three distinct distances:
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 2 km Fun Run
The courses begin at the historic Parliament Hill Bandstand and lead runners toward the peaks of the Heath. The route passes through the woodlands near Kenwood House and crosses a viaduct, offering views of the London skyline. The final section features a flat stretch that finishes next to the Parliament Hill Fields athletics track.
The event utilizes electronic chip timing for all distances. Runners are organized into managed waves to ensure a smooth flow on the trails. All finishers receive a souvenir medal upon completion. The 2 km Fun Run is open to children and adults, though children under six must be accompanied by an adult. Due to the uneven terrain of the Heath, the 5 km and 10 km courses are not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers, though buggies are permitted in the 2 km Fun Run.
Facilities on-site include a bag drop area, toilets near the start and finish, and medical cover. Water stations are located at the halfway point for the longer distances. Bib numbers are collected at the venue on the day of the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
