MD Communications Legal 5K
The MD Communications Legal 5K is a running event taking place in Regent's Park, London, on Thursday 23 April 2026. The race is organized by MD Communications and managed by LGN Wellbeing. This event is specifically designed for the legal industry, including employees of law firms and chambers, in-house legal professionals, and legal journalists.
The competition features a 5 km distance on a flat and fast course with official chip timing. Participants use the Hub Bar and Café in the park as a base, where facilities include a bag drop, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. An organized group warm-up is led before the race begins.
There are several competition categories for participants:

The event includes prize categories for the fastest individuals, the fastest managing partner, the fastest barrister, and the fastest law firm outside the top 100. There are also awards for the most improved team and individuals for returning participants. A dedicated team competition exists where the times of the three fastest women and three fastest men from a group are combined. The event serves as a fundraiser for autism charities.
