The MD Communications Legal 5K powered by LGN takes place on Thursday 23 April 2026 in Regent's Park, London. The event uses chip timing on a flat 5 km course and is organised for participants from the legal sector.
The race is open to people working at law firms or chambers, in-house legal teams, and legal journalists. There is both individual and group entry. Entry cost is £45 per runner plus VAT and fees, and registration closes on 21 April 2026.
A team competition uses the times of the first three fastest women and the first three fastest men to calculate team results; teams may enter at any size or be represented by a solo participant. Prize categories include fastest individuals, fastest managing partner, fastest barrister, and fastest law firm outside the Top 100. For entrants from the previous year there are prizes for most improved teams and individuals.
Facilities at the event location include bag drop, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. The event is hosted by MD Communications and powered by LGN Wellbeing. It is presented as an evening gathering in a Royal Park and includes a guided warm-up led by the event MC. Fundraising for autism charities is incorporated into the event programme.
