Joy Cann 5
The Joy Cann 5 Mile Road Race is an annual event held in memory of Joy Cann, a dedicated Huncote Harrier club runner. Established in 1993, the race takes place through the towns of Huncote, Narborough, and Enderby in Leicestershire. It is part of the Leicestershire Road Running League (LRRL) Summer League and attracts a competitive field from across the county.
The course is a 5-mile undulating road and pavement route, starting and finishing at the Next PLC Head Office in Enderby. The event supports local charities, with a significant portion of profits donated. The race fosters a friendly yet competitive atmosphere with an excellent prize list. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
