Jordan's Run Veterans' Memorial 5K Run/Walk
Jordan's Run Veterans' Memorial is a USATF certified 5K held in Sag Harbor, New York on July 25, 2027. The event is part of the Suffolk County Veterans Run Series and offers both an in-person run/walk and a virtual 5K option.
The course runs through historic Sag Harbor Village and passes Pierson High School, the harbor and a windmill. The route includes a loop over and back on the NYS Lance Cpl. Veterans' Memorial Bridge and passes a marina near the second water stop and Oakland Cemetery.
Registration opens April 21, 2027 for both options. In-person registration closes July 24, 2027; virtual registration closes July 25, 2027. The in-person registration fee is $30 and the virtual fee is $40. Early t shirt pickup and in person registration are available Friday, July 24 at Sayville Running Company and Saturday, July 25 at Pierson Middle High School with specified pickup windows. Race day registration and t shirt pickup are available in a limited window the morning of the event.
Parking for the in-person event is available at Sag Harbor Elementary School on Route 114, on nearby side streets, and at Mashashumuet Park, which is about a half mile walk from the school.
