Johns Hopkins Children's Center Miracles in Motion
The fourth annual Johns Hopkins Children's Center Miracles in Motion takes place on September 25, 2027 in Baltimore at 1 Safari Place, MD 21217. The event benefits the Johns Hopkins Children's Center and includes in-person and virtual participation options.

- 5K Run : 3.1 Miles
- 1 Mile Walk
- Critter Crawl Kids Dash : 50 m
- Virtual 5K or 1 Mile options
Registration details vary by event. For most events registration opens 10/29/2026 and closes 4/29/2027; a free virtual option remains open until 9/25/2027. Published registration fees include a cotton t-shirt and are listed as $35 for the 5K and 1 Mile, $25 for the Critter Crawl, $30 for the virtual option with t-shirt, and $0 for the free virtual option. Family pricing for a group of four includes a 10% discount. Same-day registration is available.
Participant notes: children ages 2 to 12 must be registered separately in the Critter Crawl to take part in that dash and to receive a youth-size t-shirt and participation medal. Children may accompany an adult on the 5K or 1 Mile course in a stroller; stroller users should line up in the last race wave. The course has varied surfaces and a jogging stroller is recommended. The 5K is professionally timed by Mettle Timing Company. Fundraising teams can be created and participants may fundraise for any area of the Children’s Center.
