The event is the third annual Miracles in Motion organized to benefit the Johns Hopkins Children's Center. It is held in Baltimore at 1 Safari Place and includes in-person and virtual participation options.

- 1-Mile Walk: 1 mile
- Critter Crawl Kids Dash: 50 meters
- Virtual 5K or 1-Mile with T-shirt
- Free Virtual 5K or 1-Mile without T-shirt
Registration details vary by event. Most in-person and virtual entries open on November 13, 2025 and close on April 30, 2026. Participants registered for the 5K or 1-mile may bring a child on course with them, but children ages two to twelve must be registered separately in the Critter Crawl to participate in that dash and to receive a youth-size t-shirt and participation medal. Strollers are permitted on the race course; stroller users are asked to line up in the last race wave and to use a stroller suited for varied surfaces. The 5K is professionally timed by Mettle Timing Company. Same-day registration is available. Family pricing for a group of four includes a ten percent discount.
