- 5 hour run
- 5 hour ruck
- 4.4 mile loop one lap option
The primary course is a 4.4 mile loop that uses paved cart paths and starts and finishes in the parking lot in front of The Hamptons Clubhouse. The loop includes a counterclockwise circuit around nine holes called The Woods and a clockwise circuit around nine holes called The Links. The course will be marked with glow sticks and turn signs. Runners may take a shorter 2.4 mile loop on their final lap or use a marked path to add a few tenths of a mile.
Logistics are manual lap counts with runners announcing their bib number to lap counters. There will be a fully stocked aid station with primarily pre packaged items. The layout permits easy self crewing by passing the parking area each loop. Portable restrooms are available in the parking lot and at two locations on course. All participants must carry a lighting device. Ruck weight requirements are 30 lbs for participants 150 lbs or more and 20 lbs for those under 150 lbs; exceptions may be requested.
