Event overview
The TCTC Jingle Bell Run takes place in Traverse City, MI on Sunday, December 21, 2025. Organized by the Traverse City Track Club and presented by Munson Healthcare, the event is a nighttime holiday 5k run/walk on neighborhood streets adjacent to downtown Traverse City. The course is a non-timed tour of streets decorated with holiday lights and decorations. The event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages and abilities dressed in holiday attire.
Logistics and extras
Packet pickup and the event are based at the Park Place Hotel. Early packet pickup is available on Saturday, December 20 at Lululemon, 218 E Front St, Traverse City. Registrants may be offered a chance to donate to the Traverse City Track Club, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
After the run the club provides complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. Participants receive a custom Jingle Bell Run ornament made by ClaySpaceTC. Costume prizes are provided by Lululemon. The event has averaged over 600 participants in past years.
