Krampus 5K and Walk
The Krampus 5K Run and 1 mile Walk take place on November 28, 2026 at the Utica Maennerchor Club, 5535 Flanagan Rd, Marcy, NY 13403. The event offers both a running race and a separate walk along an out-and-back course that goes from the Maennerchor to the SUNY Polytechnic Institute campus and returns to the club.

Pre-registration is available for a fee of $25.00 plus registration fees; day of registration is available at a higher fee of $30.00. Registrations open August 2, 2026 and close November 27, 2026. Participants who preregister before November 14, 2026 receive a Krampus winter hat.
A post race party will be held inside the Utica Maennerchor following the event. The Utica Maennerchor is a non-profit organization founded in 1865 with a charter focused on charitable work and the study of German language and culture and fostering German American singing. The chorus performs twice a year, and the organization donates proceeds to local community groups. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
