Jerrys Peachbud 10K, 5K & 1K, Grimsby ON
Jerrys Peachbud takes place on June 30, 2026 at Central Public School, 5 Boulton Ave, Grimsby, ON. The event includes multiple distances:
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 1 km (500 meters out and back)
Race day registration and kit pick up are available from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the venue. Parking is available at Central Public School; participants are asked to avoid parking on Boulton Ave and St. Andrews Ave because those streets are part of the race route.
The course has kilometer markers at every kilometer and bib chip timing is provided by Chiptime Results. The 10 km route includes two aid stations; the 5 km route includes one aid station. All finishers receive a finishers medal.
Awards are distributed for the 5 km and 10 km. The 5 km awards include overall places 1 to 3 and three-place awards in five-year age groups from 14 and under to 75 and over; runners who finish under 20 minutes in the 5 km receive a custom Sub 20 Club medal. The 10 km awards include overall places 1 to 3, a top master award, and three-place awards in five-year age groups from 19 and under to 80 and over. The 1 km is a children's fun run; all kids 12 and under receive a medal and t-shirts are available for kids registered before the t-shirt cutoff.
The event is part of the Town of Grimsby Canada Week festivities. For safety, strollers, dogs and bicycles are not allowed on the course and headphones are strongly discouraged. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
