Location and Logistics
The event is based at 4400 Lincoln Ave in Evansville. Parking is available in the east parking lot and the lot next to Wendy's. Packet pickup is available on the Friday before the race at Dove and Twig Cafe inside Bethel Church, and on race day at the Bethel Church west parking lot between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM.
Awards and Timing
An awards ceremony is scheduled for 10:00 AM in the west parking lot. Cash prizes are offered for the overall male and female winners of the 5K. Top male and female participants are recognized in the Kids Dash for each age group, and in the 5K across several age categories. The 5K race is officially chip-timed by the company “To the Finish.”
Event Details
Strollers are permitted for use in the 5K and the one-mile walk. For safety, children aged five and under must have one parent present on the course.
