Blazin' Glazin' Xmas Race
Blazin' Glazin' is a community 5K held at Wesselman Park in Evansville, IN on December 13, 2026. The course is an out-and-back 5K that begins and ends in Wesselman Park at 551 North Boeke Rd. Each participant receives three fresh mini donuts at the finish line and additional coffee, iced coffee, fruit smoothies and donuts are available for purchase.
Entry fees are listed as $35 through November 30 and $40 through race day; participants may deduct $7 by opting out of the long sleeve race shirt. All sales are final; shirts and medals are not guaranteed after race day unless prior arrangements are made. Shirts are Tultex brand soft cotton in unisex sizing and are guaranteed for registrations completed by November 27; a limited number of extras may be ordered afterward. Finisher medals are PVC rubber key chains.
Race check in is available on race day from 12:15 to 12:45 PM, and early packet pickup is scheduled at Ultimate Fit on December 11 from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. Official timing is provided by To the Finish Timing. Awards are given to the overall top three male and overall top three female finishers, plus top three male and female in each of these age groups: 13 and under; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80 and over.
The event proceeds in rain or shine; if snow or ice occurs the event will be postponed to December 20. A portion of proceeds will be donated to Wesselman Woods. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
