Race packets, including race t-shirts, bibs, and a sponsor "swag bag," are distributed during packet pickup at Janney Elementary in the week before the race on Thursday, November 12 and Friday, November 13. Organizers note that registering late may affect t-shirt availability and sizing. The event does not provide same-day registration.
Awards will be presented at the closing ceremony and include top overall male and female, top students and top teachers, and top runners in each age category.
