Jamestown-Falconer Health Connection

This is a free, public community walk and run along two approximately 1.75 mile routes connecting local schools and Jamestown Community College. The event emphasizes health, wellness, and active transportation awareness across the Jamestown and Falconer corridor.

Participants may choose from the following routes:

• 1.75 Miles Falconer High School to Jamestown Community College
• 1.75 Miles Jamestown High School to Jamestown Community College

Both routes end at the Jamestown Community College Student Union. At the Student Union, participants can expect refreshments, community speakers, a mini health career fair, and tables hosted by local organizations and wellness initiatives. The program also includes a walk audit and opportunities to provide feedback.

Students can earn volunteer hours for participating. Police escorts and volunteers will be positioned along the routes to assist and support safety. The event brings together students, schools, healthcare organizations, community leaders, and residents to promote safer access to physical activity, active transportation, and more connected communities.
