James Island Connector Run
The James Island Connector Run is a road event in Charleston, South Carolina, held on October 17, 2026. The course begins and ends on James Island near Folly Road and follows the James Island Connector without exit ramps. The route runs alongside the Ashley River and provides views of the downtown Charleston peninsula.
The course is USATF certified and uses an out and back layout on the connector. The event includes a post-race festival area with food and a finisher medal for all participants. Awards are given to the top three overall finishers, top three masters, and age group awards (three deep). The 5K walk has awards for the top three male and top three female walkers.

Registration windows and fees are set per event. Packet pick up is offered on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at Fleet Feet Mount Pleasant and on race day at the race start on James Island.
