James Island Connector Run
The James Island Connector Run is a road event in Charleston, South Carolina, with races held on the James Island Connector near Folly Road and the James Island Expressway. The course is a USATF certified out-and-back that begins and ends on James Island and remains on the connector with no exit ramps. The route overlooks the Ashley River and the downtown Charleston peninsula.

All participants receive finisher medals. The event includes age-group awards for runners and separate awards for walkers; walker awards list the top three male and top three female finishers. There are top finisher awards and three-deep awards in age groups for the 5K run. A post-race festival provides food at the finish area.
Registration and logistics details vary by distance and registration option. Packet pick up is available on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at a designated location and on race day at the race start at the base of the connector on James Island. Race organizers note that registering close to the event may affect shirt availability and size selection.
