Jack-O-Lantern Jaunt 5K
The 25th annual Jack O' Lantern Jaunt takes place on October 24, 2026 at Frank Liske Park in Concord, North Carolina. The event is held as an evening Halloween occasion and includes both a timed 5K race and a one mile fun run through the park.

Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2026 at the Frank Liske Park Office from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and on Saturday, October 24 at the Homebuilder Shelter from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Race day registration will be held beside the Homebuilder Shelter.
Registration details from the organizer list the 5K registration opening on June 8, 2026 and closing on July 8, 2026 with a registration fee of $20.00. The fun run registration opens on June 8, 2026 and closes on October 15, 2026 with a registration fee of $10.00.
Awards include overall prizes for top male and female finishers and masters categories, plus individual awards to the top three finishers in the listed age groups for male and female: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75 and over.
