Jack-O-Lantern Jaunt 5K at Frank Liske Park
The 25th Annual Jack O' Lantern Jaunt takes place at Frank Liske Park in Concord, NC on October 24, 2026. The event offers a timed 5K race and a 1 mile fun run and is held on the park grounds at 4001 Stough Road.

Registration details differ by event: registration for the 5K opened June 8, 2026 and closed July 10, 2026 with a fee of $20. Registration for the fun run opened June 8, 2026 and closes October 15, 2026 with a fee of $10. Race day registration will be held beside the Homebuilder Shelter.
Packet pickup is scheduled at the Frank Liske Park Office on Friday, October 23, 2026 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and at the Homebuilder Shelter on Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. The first 275 registered runners will receive a custom finisher medal sponsored by Ground Thunder.
Awards include top overall male and female, master and grand master divisions, and individual awards for the top three finishers in each age group for male and female: 10 and under; 11–14; 15–19; 20–24; 25–29; 30–34; 35–39; 40–44; 45–49; 50–54; 55–59; 60–64; 65–69; 70–74; 75 and over.
