Entry and eligibility

Entry is available on the day only; pre-entry is not offered. The on-day fee is £8.00. Minimum age for the senior race is 16, with age given as age on the day of the race (this includes U23s). Teams are allowed, with teams of three.

Junior races and records

There are junior races for U9 (minimum 6 years), U11, U13, U15 and U19 (including U17). Junior ages are determined on the following 31st December; the junior entry fee is £1. 16-19 year olds may choose the senior race or the shorter U19 race.
