2026 J-Hawk Latebird Race Series
Held September 27, 2026 at UW-Whitewater, Williams Center Pool and Warhawk Drive in Whitewater, Wisconsin, this race day combines multiple multisport formats on one site. Events include triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike offerings across shorter and Olympic distances.
Swim segments use the Williams Center Pool with two swimmers per lane in certain events. Bike courses follow country roads; roads are not closed for the race. Relay teams register with one member paying online while remaining members use a relay member registration to sign waivers and order shirts separately.
Registration is online only; there will be no onsite registration. Registration deadlines vary by event, with a general registration close scheduled for September 19 at noon and a price increase on August 28. The last day to order shirts is September 13. Wave assignments are seeded in advance and registrants receive meeting links; general Zoom meetings are offered the Wednesday evening of race week.
Event features noted by the organizer include live results, finish line pictures, race divisions for PARA athletes with free guide registration using the coupon GUIDE, and a youth supersprint award introduced in spring 2026. Olympic distance entries are limited to 54 racers combined between triathlon and aquabike. Awards and shirts are not mailed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
