J-Hawk Latebird Race Series : Whitewater, WI
The J-Hawk Latebird Race Series takes place on September 27, 2026 at UW-Whitewater, Williams Center Pool and nearby roads. The event day includes multiple triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike distances, plus relay options.
Distances and formats include:
- Super Sprint Tri: 250 yard swim, 6.5 mile bike, 2 mile run
- Sprint Tri: 500 yard swim, 12 mile bike, 5K run
- Duathlon: 2 mile run, 12 mile bike, 2 mile run
- Olympic Tri: 1000 yard swim, 24.1 mile bike, 10K run
- Aquabike Sprint: 500 yard swim, 12 mile bike
- Aquabike Olympic: 1000 yard swim, 24.1 mile bike
- Relay options: Sprint or Olympic relays with one paid registrant
Race operations notes: bike courses use country roads and are described as relatively flat. The Olympic distance fields are limited to 54 racers combined between triathlon and aquabike. There will be wave starts and posted wave assignments. No on site registration is available.
Administrative and participant details: price increases on August 28; last shirt orders by September 13; general registration closes at noon on September 19 and waves are posted September 20. Live results and finish line photos are provided. There are race divisions for PARA athletes and guides may register free with the GUIDE coupon.
