Event Details

The iTHINK Financial 5K, also called The 5K for Our Community, takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at John Prince Park in Lake Worth, Florida. The event starts at the Eric Call Pavilion. There is a one-hour time limit to complete the race.

Events and Features

The event offers three different activities:

A 5K run/walk.
A 5K Virtual option.
A 100-yard Kids Dash.

Participants receive chip timing, a race shirt, and a finisher medal for completing the 5K. Age group awards are given for first, second, and third places in five-year increments. Post-race food and music are provided.

Race Day Information

Parking is free at the venue. The suggested arrival time is 6:45 AM, as roads close at 7:10 AM. There is one water station on the 5K course at approximately mile 1.5. Restrooms are available near the start and finish area.

Logistics

Packet pickup is required before the race and includes the race bib and shirt. Packets can be picked up on race day starting at 6 AM. Someone else may pick up a packet, but for groups larger than three, a list of names must be emailed in advance. Headphones are allowed during the race, but participants must remain aware of instructions from officials. Dogs are not allowed on the course. There is no official gear check.
