Organized by the Illawarra Triathlon Club, this monthly event is sanctioned by AusTriathlon and takes place along Gloucester Blvd. The April edition features a handicap format for the adult categories, where start times are staggered based on past performance to allow participants to finish in close proximity.

The run segment takes place on the footpath overlooking the coastline and includes one or two laps.
Parking for participants and spectators is situated in the Five Islands Secondary College car park and along Gloucester Blvd outside of the road closure zones.
