About the race
Wollongong Marathon is scheduled for 23 May 2027 at Marine Drive, Wollongong NSW, Australia. The event program includes a full marathon and shorter distances with age minimums and published entry fees.

Two invitational 5 km categories are listed. The ELITE 5 km is for invited runners meeting specific performance standards and requires evidence of previous race results. The PREFERRED 5 km is for runners who can meet a sub-18:30 5 km standard and also requires previous race results; a registration fee of A$30.00 is shown for one of these invitational categories.
