Irving Marathon - March 20 to 21, 2027
The Irving Marathon Running Series presents the 15th annual Irving Marathon at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas. The event benefits the Irving Schools Foundation and includes in-person and virtual race options. It is presented as a USATF certified course and designated a Boston Marathon qualifying race.
Distances offered include:
- Marathon (26.2 miles)
- Half marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10K
- 5K
The course is nicknamed "Fast & Flat" and follows a route that starts and finishes at Toyota Music Factory, passes through downtown Las Colinas, crosses the Las Colinas canals, runs along Lake Carolyn and Water Street, and passes the Las Colinas Mustangs. Timing is chip based and the event provides live tracking and course maps with GPS progress alerts.
Event features listed for race day include cash prizes, free professional race photos, gender-specific performance event shirts, full and half marathon finisher shirts, custom bibs, age group and team awards, and convenient parking. A post-race party on Texas Lottery Plaza includes free beer, food, and entertainment. VIP upgrades are available for an indoor brunch buffet and additional beverages.
