The Irving Frost Marathon takes place on December 20, 2025, at The Plaza at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, TX (330 W Las Colinas Blvd). Distances offered include:
- 26.2 miles (marathon) - Boston-qualifying, USATF certified
- 13.1 miles (half marathon)
- 10K
- 5K
Course routes are described as fast and flat and run through Las Colinas Urban Center and the Campion Trail. Shorter routes pass around Lake Carolyn and along Las Colinas Boulevard. The event benefits the Irving Schools Foundation.
Race features and logistics
The event is chip timed and provides race bibs with timing chips, age group awards, custom finisher medals, gender-specific performance shirts, and event photos. Registration extras listed include a commemorative beanie for the first 1,000 registrants, free bag check, food and beverage coupons, and a post-race festival at the start/finish plaza. Cash prizes are offered to the top three male and female overall finishers in the marathon and half marathon ($200/100 for 1st, $150/75 for 2nd, $100/50 for 3rd).
Pacers are available for marathon and half distances; marathon pacer targets range from 3:10 to 6:00, half marathon pacers from 1:40 to 3:00. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at the Omni Las Colinas Hotel. RaceJoy live tracking and GPS progress alerts are supported.
