iRun for Kids : Albany Public Schools Foundation
iRun for Kids is a fundraiser 5K event for the Albany Public Schools Foundation on March 14, 2026. The event is held at West Albany High School Track, 2207 SW Elm St, Albany, OR 97321. All proceeds benefit the APSF and support programs such as classroom grants, enrichment grants, scholarships and student assistance. The school with the highest attendance will receive a $500 award.

Pricing listed: Little Leprechaun Dash $10; 5K student $15, early-bird adult $35, adult $45; 10 Mile student $15, early-bird adult $50, adult $60. The event notes that registration for 2026 will open soon, and also indicates online registration is currently closed. Packet pickup takes place at the Ticket Booth at the stadium on Elm Street with sessions listed as 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM. Children in kindergarten through 2nd grade may run the Little Leprechaun Dash. Children older than 2nd grade may run or walk the 5K only if accompanied by an adult. All runners receive a swag bag, and sponsor booths will be present with giveaways. Volunteer roles include packet prep, packet pickup and course support; volunteer registration is noted to open soon.
