Iron Joe Turkey Ride & Walk
NPC's 22nd Annual Iron Joe Turkey Ride & Walk is scheduled for 11/22/2026 at Eagle Lakes Community Park, 11565 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34113. The event offers multiple cycling and walking distances:
- 62 Miles ride
- 40 Miles ride
- 20 Miles ride
- 10 Miles ride
- 5 Miles family ride inside the park
- 2.5 Miles walk inside the park
- 5 Miles walk inside the park
Children under 12 may ride or walk for free with a paid adult on the 5 and 10-mile bike routes and on the walking routes; children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Only the 20, 10, and 5-mile routes will be marked, and participants are strongly urged to download the Ride With GPS app for navigation.
Fuel is provided in the form of a light breakfast and rest stops along the biking routes. SAG support is available from AAA and local bike shops. A post ride catered lunch is supplied by Jason's Deli and includes a beer, lemonade, or water. Raffle tickets cost $5 each or five for $20. The first 300 registrants receive a commemorative shirt included with registration; shirts are not included for children who ride free but can be purchased in adult sizes. Packet pick-up is at Jason's Deli on Saturday 11/21 from 11:00 to 13:00, 2700 Immokalee Rd Ste 1, Naples, FL 34110. Class 1 pedal-assist electric bikes are welcome. Helmets and closed-toe shoes are required for every rider due to insurance requirements. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
