About the race
Irchester Spooktacular is a Halloween-themed night-time running event at Irchester Country Park. Runners can choose between a 5k night run or a 2k Family Fun Run, both on established woodland trails with two new routes created for the event. The courses are fully marked and marshaled by witches, wizards, goblins, ghosts and ghouls, adding a festive spooky atmosphere.
All finishers receive a medal, with prizes for the best fancy dress and Halloween-themed sweets after the run; free event photos are provided. Entry is £20 for the 5k and £10 for the 2k, with minimum ages of 11 and 4. Proceeds support Jubilee Foodbank, Market Harborough, and Weston Favell Centre Foodbank.
