Interlaken Icicle Dash is a trail run held at Interlaken Park in Seattle, WA on January 31, 2026. It is the seventh and final event in the 2025-26 Winter Trail Series. Distances offered:

A youth runner discount of $10 applies to any runner under 20 for online pre-registration or day-of prices. Participants who complete four or more Winter Trail Series events earn a pair of limited edition series socks. Series standings use each runner’s best four performances and award points by event placing; a runner must have at least three scores to be eligible for series awards.
Course and logistics
Interlaken Park is a wooded, 51-acre park between the Montlake and Capitol Hill neighborhoods. The course begins on the paved, car-free Interlaken Boulevard, then goes up a short staircase onto dirt trails, climbs to the top of the park, and returns to Interlaken Boulevard for the finish. Each loop is 2.5 km; the 5k is two loops and the 10k is four loops.
The aid station is at the start/finish and offers water, an electrolyte drink, and carbohydrate-rich or salty foods such as cookies, energy bar pieces, gels, chews, chips, bagels, candy, fig bars, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and bananas. The event start/finish is near 21st Ave E and E Interlaken Blvd, with street parking adjacent to check-in. Dogs are not allowed on the course.
