Indian Creek Wine Run 5k
The Indian Creek Wine Run 5k takes place on May 23, 2026 at Indian Creek Winery in Kuna, Idaho. The event is a chip timed 5k run and walk scored by J3 Timing, with results posted online after the race.
The course is a scenic tour of the vineyard and winery. It follows a cross country route with several turns and consists of two laps; participants may stop after one lap and be recorded in the 1.5K division by notifying the timer. The route is described as not optimal for personal best times due to its turns and terrain.
Registration includes a Super Soft Ring Spun Cotton t shirt, a shatterproof collapsible portable wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a wine stopper, a chip timed race bib, and a pour of wine for eligible participants. Packet pickup is race day only and participants are asked to arrive about an hour before their start time to collect items. A virtual participation option is available with the choice to pick up a packet or have it shipped for an additional fee.
Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in ten year categories: 1 to 9, 10 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80 and over. Awards are available for pickup the day of the event and will not be shipped. The local charity partner is the Boys and Girls Club of Ada County. Walking is allowed and strollers may be used though they are not recommended on uneven ground; children in strollers can participate for free and do not need to register.
