The YMCA Christmas Run

The YMCA Christmas Run, presented by Quantum Fiber, will take place on December 20, 2025, at Boise High School. The event program includes a costume contest, a post-race bagel provided by Blue Sky Bagels, a photo booth, and awards announced in the Boise High School cafeteria. The race start will be signaled by Santa. The organizer reports $53 raised toward a $4,000 fundraising goal.

Events and logistics

• 1 Mile - Reindeer Dash, youth and adult divisions
• 2 Mile - Run/Walk, youth and adult divisions
• 6 Mile - Run/Walk, youth and adult divisions

Youth events are open to ages 1–17; adult events are open to ages 16–110. Youth entry fee is $30; adult entry fee is $35. Prices increase after October 30, 2025 at 11:59pm MDT. Packet pick-up is Friday, Dec 19 from 3:00–7:00 pm at Boise High School cafeteria (1010 W Washington St.) where participants collect bibs, a crew neck, and race swag; the first 1,000 packet pick-ups receive Christmas Run gloves.
