Bound for Boston Marathon & Half Marathon - Sarasota
This event takes place at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota on December 6, 2026. The course is a one mile, very flat loop designed for consistent pacing. The full marathon is USATF certified and serves as a Boston qualifier.

- Virtual race with online result submission and awards eligibility
Field size is intentionally limited; the event is capped at 75 participants to keep the event small and focused. Chip timing is used for start, finish, and each mile; mile splits are displayed on clocks as runners pass the mile points. Aid tables provide water and an electrolyte drink, and participants may place personalized aid on the aid tables for each lap. Entertainment and music are present along the loop.
Awards are given in five year age groups for both distances. All participants receive a race shirt and a finisher medal; participants registered by November 26 are guaranteed swag in their chosen size. The course closes at a four hour race time.
