IHR Pizza Run
The IHR Pizza Run is a community running event held on June 9, 2026, at the Iroquois Park Amphitheater in Louisville, KY. The program features a 5K and a 1 Mile race around the base of Iroquois Park on a rolling course that begins near the amphitheater and finishes adjacent to the amphitheater parking lot.
The event is presented as family friendly and described as an opportunity to attempt a first 5K or pursue a personal record. Packet pick-up is handled on-site prior to the race and staff will check in participants and assist with race day registration. Registration opens February 8, 2026 and closes June 9, 2026. The registration fee is $5.00.
Iroquois Hill Runners is partnering with Craft House Pizza to provide pizza to participants after the 5K. Bottled water will be available at the finish line. Organizers note that summer weather in Louisville can be warm and recommend participants hydrate before, during and after the event.
Parking is available at the amphitheater and playground areas; participants are asked not to park on the grass. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
