ICA 5K For Education
The ICA 5K For Education is organized by Independence Classical Academy and takes place on February 1, 2026, at Causeway Cove Marina & RV Park in Fort Pierce, Florida. The event is the academy’s 4th annual 5K and is part fundraiser; Independence Classical Academy has raised $82.44 toward a $5,000 goal.
Race details
The event distance is 5K, run on a course along the water at Causeway Cove Marina. Chip timing is provided by Southern Timing, LLC with live results, results kiosks, and an individual results page that includes a 20 second clip of each runner crossing the start and finish. All participants receive a race t-shirt, a finisher medal, and post-race snacks. Registrations for participants aged 17 and under are offered at a discounted price and that discount is applied automatically during registration. Registration fees change by date, with listed prices ranging from $34.09 to $50.14 depending on the registration period. Awards in the 5K are given to the top three male and female finishers in each category: Overall and age groups 5 & Under, 6-10, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
