ICA 5K For Education
Independence Classical Academy hosts the ICA 5K For Education at Causeway Cove Marina & RV Park on Seaway Drive in Fort Pierce, FL on February 1, 2026. The event is the academy's fourth annual 5K and is described as a fast and flat course along the water.
Chip timing and live results are provided by Southern Timing, LLC, including individual results pages and live result streams on the timing provider's results page. All participants receive a race t-shirt, a finisher medal, and post‑race snacks. Participants aged 17 and under are eligible for a reduced registration price that is applied automatically during registration. Registrants who sign up by January 14 are guaranteed a race day shirt.
Race day operations include registration and packet pick‑up, an opening ceremony, and an awards ceremony. Awards in the 5K are given to the top three male and female finishers in each category, including overall and age groups 5 & Under, 6-10, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
