Iao Valley 5K & 10K
The event is a road run in Wailuku, Hawaii, beginning near the intersection of Church Street and Vineyard Street. Runners follow W. Vineyard Street onto Main Street up to Iao Valley State Park, then return on a rolling downhill back to Wailuku. Dogs and strollers are not allowed on the course for participant safety.
The event offers the following distances:
- 5K (3.1 Miles) - registration fee $40
- 10K (6.2 Miles) - registration fee $50
Registration opens May 11, 2026. To guarantee a shirt size, register by June 11, 2026. Registration closes July 17, 2026.
Packet pick-up is scheduled for Saturday, July 18 at The Parlay, 2086 Main St., Wailuku; bib presentation grants a post-race discount at that location on race day. Parking is available at the Wailuku Parking Garage with two hours free parking for holders of valid Hawai'i ID or $1 per hour thereafter.
