Event Details

The Iao Valley 5K & 10K event offers two race distances: a 5K and a 10K. The races take place on Sunday, July 19, 2026. The start and finish area is the Wailuku Parking Garage at 30 N. Church St. in Wailuku, Hawaii.

Course

The course is described as a scenic route through Iao Valley State Park. The run starts near the intersection of Market Street and Vineyard Street. It proceeds up West Vineyard Street, onto Main Street, and continues up to Iao Valley State Park. After a turnaround point, the route returns to Wailuku with a rolling downhill section. Separate maps are available for the 5K and 10K routes.

Registration

The 5K race has a registration fee of $35, and the 10K race fee is $45. Registration is scheduled to open on May 11, 2026. Each event currently lists 195 available spots. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
