Iao Valley 5K & 10K
The event follows Vineyard Street onto Main Street up toward Iao Valley State Park, then returns to Wailuku. The course for both distances uses the same outbound roads with a turnaround point and a downhill return to the town center. The run starts near the intersection of Church St & Vineyard St.
Distances:
- 5K: 3.1 miles following Vineyard Street to Main Street then a marked turnaround.
- 10K: 6.2 miles to Iao Valley State Park then rolling downhill return to Wailuku.
Registration opens May 11, 2026 and closes July 17, 2026. Fees are listed as $40 for the 5K and $50 for the 10K. Registrants who register by June 11 are guaranteed a race shirt size.
Packet pick up is scheduled Saturday July 18 from noon until 4pm at The Parlay, 2086 Main St. Wailuku. The Parlay will offer post race provisions and a discount for participants who present their race bib.
Parking is available at the Wailuku Parking Garage. Two hours are free with a valid Hawai'i ID otherwise there is a $1 per hour charge. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
